Chris Turner (ACT III)
Founder & President, TriFactor MBW, Inc.
Chris Turner, known as ACT III, is the Founder and President of TriFactor — a youth consulting organization rooted in the power of People, Purpose, and Power. What began over a decade ago as a call to serve the youth at Greater Smith Temple in Hiram, GA — a charge given by Pastor Karen Dones — became the unexpected start of a lifelong mission.
That single yes unlocked a purpose Chris could have never predicted: raising up a generation of leaders equipped to transform their communities and rewrite generational narratives. Today, TriFactor operates across Atlanta, Chicago, and Houston, guiding students through mentorship, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy.
With a background in strategic operations and a heart for youth, Chris is committed to building systems that fuel community impact through the leadership of the next generation.
Ben Isom

Ben Isom brings to TriFactor over 15 years of experience, using his creative approach to ensure those around him are engaged and nurtured in an environment of personal development. Over the years, Ben has launched a number of youth programs, including Guys in Action Mentoring Program which provided youth access for self-assurance, life insight, and exposure. His mission is simple, change the narrative for what life can be. Ben is a visionary who also organized & led numerous conferences which provided growth, learning, and care. Ben’s goal is to build consistency and community for generations to come.

Director Strategic Growth
Shannon Holmes is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience, including more than a decade in the nonprofit and education sectors. Originally from the Seattle metro area, Shannon’s passion for community building was shaped by her family roots and a deep curiosity about the cultural legacy of the South.

A proud graduate of Bethune-Cookman University and member of INROADS, Shannon sharpened her leadership and business skills early in her academic journey, later earning her MBA from the University of Phoenix. Her career began in finance but found deeper purpose in nonprofit leadership and workforce development.
Shannon has served in pivotal roles at INROADS and UCLA, and now leads as Director of Solution Development at Year Up United, where she continues her mission to empower marginalized communities through education and opportunity.

Nigel Bolding is a Queens, New York native who now calls Atlanta home. With over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and partner management, Nigel is known for building strong relationships and driving results. He’s a devoted husband of 20 years and proud father to three daughters—Nylah, Nia, and Nori. Passionate about making a difference, Nigel is committed to inspiring and empowering the next generation to lead with purpose and confidence.

DC College Access Program - Director of Corporate Relations
Bio: With a philanthropic career spanning over a decade, Candice is passionate about making an impact in disenfranchised communities by moving missions forward. In her role as Director of Corporate Relations at DC College Access Program, she is dedicated to post-secondary access for public school students through strategic partnerships, stewardship, and fundraising. Candice earned her bachelor’s degree in business management from Kentucky State University and a master’s degree in public administration (non-profit management) from Oakland University. Candice enjoys cooking, painting, and spending time with her Aussie cattle dog, Gaudi.
